At Lisa Armitage Ltd, we always aim to offer the very best levels of service possible, and we really hope that you love our natural skin care products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return any unused and unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you do wish to cancel an order, or if you are not satisfied with the products sent to you, please either call us on +4401780433521 or email us at email@example.com to let us know which items you are not happy with and the reasons why you would like to return the item. You can either have a full refund on the cost of the products or you can exchange the product for something else.
Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit and for your own peace of mind, we recommend you send returned items either by recorded delivery or guaranteed delivery to ensure you are covered for compensation should it get lost in the post; unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.
Faulty items or items sent in error:
If the product or the container is faulty, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order and sent you the wrong item, we will also refund you the cost of the original delivery and the postage costs you have incurred to send the item back (please make sure you return faulty items or incorrect items by recorded delivery).

We will refund you in full within 10 days of receiving your returned goods. We can only make a refund against the original credit or debit card that you paid with. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
