Whilst we make every effort to send your order out on the same day, please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order. Orders placed after midday (GMT) will be processed and shipped the following day. In addition, orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or during Bank Holidays will be processed on the first working day of the following week (Monday-Friday).

Purchases will appear as Lisa Armitage Ltd on your debit/credit card statement.

Free Delivery is offered to those living in the United Kingdom (this includes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands), when you spend £50 or more after discounts or vouchers have been applied. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail UK Standard Recorded Delivery and will therefore require a signature on delivery.

Please Note: If your order is being shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for those fees. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee. International orders may take longer to arrive due to them having to pass through Customs.

P.O. Boxes

Lisa Armitage Ltd cannot ship to P.O Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Returns Policy


At Lisa Armitage Ltd, we always aim to offer the very best levels of service possible, and we really hope that you love our natural skin care products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return any unused and unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you do wish to cancel an order, or if you are not satisfied with the products sent to you, please either call us on +4401780433521 or email us at info@lisaarmitage.com to let us know which items you are not happy with and the reasons why you would like to return the item. You can either have a full refund on the cost of the products or you can exchange the product for something else.

Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit and for your own peace of mind, we recommend you send returned items either by recorded delivery or guaranteed delivery to ensure you are covered for compensation should it get lost in the post; unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Faulty items or items sent in error:

If the product or the container is faulty, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order and sent you the wrong item, we will also refund you the cost of the original delivery and the postage costs you have incurred to send the item back (please make sure you return faulty items or incorrect items by recorded delivery).

Refund Time

We will refund you in full within 10 days of receiving your returned goods. We can only make a refund against the original credit or debit card that you paid with. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
